SKY3DS can support CIA games regionfree and e-shop with Free multi patcher.

GBAtemp released a new plugin-Free multi Patcher which can support region free implemented and e-shop access on NEW 3DS V9.0-9.2Pasta.
After install pasta cfw, users can play cia game region free with Free multi Patcher and be access to e-shop. It is necessary to have a sky3ds with Cubic Ninja burnt: SKY3DS Official reseller

FreemultiPatcher(Beta+0.4).zip

1. Please download Free multi Patcher(Beta+0.4).zip and unzip it. Copy the “FreemultiPatcher.cia” file to the root of your 3DS Micro SD card;
Download pasta cfw1.3.zip and unzip all all the filee to the root of your 3DS Micro SD card
Install the pasta CFW1.3 following the Pasta CFW 1.3(beta4)- SKY3DS can support Fire Emblem If – Anya Oukoku/Awakening
2. After the installation finished(step1~step6), there will be a gift box appearing.Click the gift box and install “Free multi patcher”
3. After done, there will be a new gift box showing. Click it and remain e-shop spoof (on) and region patch (on) , theen select “save” to press A
4. Install the cia file of other version
5. When the installation complated, you can enjoy cia game region free.
6.  You will be also access to e-shop.

Noting: If you want to go to e-shop, your console version should be the latest firmware. Otherwise there will be a notice for you to upgrade your console.
