3DS Fire Emblem Warrior is one popular 3ds games released recently, and many players are interested in it. Does Fire Emblem Warriors work with SKY3DS+ on 3DS/NEW3DS/2DS console?

Fire Emblem Warriors is a hack-and-slash Action RPG video game developed published by Nintendo for New Nintendo 3DS on October 20th, 2017. The player fights through hordes of enemies, accomplishing specific goals to beat maps. In addition to hack-and-slash combat in open areas similar to the Dynasty Warriors series, gameplay includes the ability to give tactical commands to units in the spirit of the Fire Emblem series. We test this game on 3DS 11.6.0-39E and find that it does not work on this console. And the message shows “This is New Nintendo 3DS Software and can not be used on this system”

Then we test it on NEW3DS 11.6.0-39E and 3DS Fire Emblem Warriors works perfectly with sky3ds+. It means 3DS Fire Emblem Warriors only works on NEW3DS/NEW3DS XL/NEW2DS XL console.

This game is set in the unknown new land of “Arcadia,” with four different races: the “Earthrun,” “Lunaria,” “Therian,” and “Bronie.” Besides, the classes characters can have have been completely changed. And the degree of freedom for character creation has been further enhanced.

Ninjhax 2.6 works well with SKY3DS+/SKY3DS on latest 3DS v10.6.0-31

Mr Smea released hax2.6 in github, the new feature is that you can return to home menu from homebrew launcher. Hax 2.6 can works well with 3DS 10.6.0-31.

Ninjhax team also released ninjhax 2.6, which can go to the homebrew launcher through copy of Cubic Ninja. Ninjhax 2.6 allows users to run many out-of-region 3ds roms. We tested that sky3ds+/ sky3ds can use ninjhax 2.6 to support out-of-region 3ds games on latest 3DS 10.6.0-31.
The user guide of ninjhax 2.6 is the same as ninjhax 2.0(you need to download the the latest “homebrew starter kit ” for ninjhax 2.6): Ninjhax 2.0 user guide.

Tips: If you want to use ninjhax 2.6 to run out-of-region 3ds games with sky3ds+, please click the region free launcher icon. Then you will find the icon of Cubic Ninja, press sky3ds+ orange button to switch games. Then remove your sky3ds+ completely from your console and then insert it again. The icon of out-of-region 3ds game will show.

As pictures show, we test ninjhax 2.6 with sky3ds+ on 3DS 10.6.0-31E. And the game: Fire Emblem If JP works well with sky3ds+ on 3DS 10.6.0-31E through ninjhax 2.6.

Oot3dhax also works well with 3DS10.6 which can arrive homebrew launcher through a copy of The Legend of Zelda : Ocarina of Time.

Mr Smea think that browserhax/menuhax are not comatible with 10.6.
Browserhax -use the stock web browser to get homebrew running.
Menuhax- use home menu itself as a permanent entrypoint to get homebrew running.

About the new feature: retuen to home menu from homebrew launcher. ninjhax/oot3dhax and menuhax should works well with it. While browserhax is just with NEW3DS, but not OLD3DS.

He recommended that users should update your payload even if you do not need the new fearure because the hax 2.6 should fix some bugs. In order to improve the customer experience, it is better to update it.

Besides, the new features is still an experiment and is not stable now.

SKY3DS+ can support the latest 3DSV10.6.0-31 without any block

Nintendo 3DS newest firmware updated today-3DSV10.6.0-31. There is still no much changes like it was. The user experience has been enhanced and the system becomes more stable.

Nowadays, many users has gotten their sky3ds+. How to play online games with sky3ds+has resulted in a hot discussion. The only way to play online games is to get the private header from the genuine gamecard. Many users want to konw where to get private header?

In this post, we will introduce you how to get Monster Hunter X private header to play MHX online with sky3ds+.

Requirements

1× NEW/OLD 3DS v4.1-9.2
1× Gateway3ds/ Mt-card/R4 card
1× Gateway3DSHelper.zip
1× Genuine 3DS gamecard(Monster Hunter X)

1. Bootup your 3DS console with gateway3ds, go to the gateway 3ds menu. Remove gateway 3ds red card and insert your genuine 3DS gamecard. Select “BACKUP 3DS GAME CARITRIDEGE” and click”STRAT“ to begin. When it is done, there will be a *.3DS file created in your 3DS SD card.

2. Insert sd card to card reader and insert the card reader to your PC.
Download Gateway3DSHelper.zip and strat it.

3. Click ① and you can see the private header information of this rom.
If you need the public header , please click ⑤ and select 导入（import）to get it.

4. ①Start MHX, and then open the settings.txt in your sky3ds+ MicroSD card. set the CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS = 1(default 0, can change it anytime later) and save it
If there is no this line(CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS), please add CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS = 1 to the settings.txt by yourself.

② Start MHX again and then change the CREATE_PER_GAME_SETTINGS =o back. Click the .cfg file for this rom.

③ Add the private header to “GAMESAVE_KEY=” and save it. Then you can turn on your wifi and play 3ds games online.

By the way, we can not only use gateway 3ds to dump the private header. We can also use DS flashcard to do this.
One r4 card or a Ac3ds plus or DSTWO, we use dstwo as example.
1. Copy datwo kernel and gateway[Blue Card (R4i)] files to the root directory of Micro SD card

2. insert dstwo to 3DS console and then install “GW_INSTALLER”.Then click 系统设置→その他设定→ユーザー情報→DSソフト用设定 to go gateway menu.(when the lower screen becomes white, hold on L button and you can go to gateway menu).
3.Remove your r4 card and insert the real game cart. Select “BACKUP 3DS GAME CARITRIDEGE” and click”STRAT“ to begin. When it is done, there will be a *.3DS file created in your 3DS SD card.

What is the change for SKY3DS+(SKY3DS PLUS) orange button

SKY3DS+ is the new 3ds flashcard which pretend the genuine Nintendo N3DS/3DS cartridge using the cartridge emulation. It is  completely firmware-independent, which means it can always support the latest 3DS console firmware version.  In this post, we will introduce you what is the change for  SKY3DS+(SKY3DS PLUS) orange button.

There four different parts on the design between sky3ds+ orange button and sky3ds blue button. The first improves the customers’ experience. As we all know, there is only a one game-changing blue button which will cost much time on switch games if you have placed plenty of games on your card. The new sky3ds+ has two orange button which allows you to change games in two sections(Forward/Backward). This change also decreased game-switching time and make it faster for uses to find games they want to play.

The second change is that there is a  Micro USB connector on the side of card which makes the device work as a portable SD card reader. Uses can use it to update on-board firmware,which can also avoid any future AP checks from Nintendo. The transfer speed of the connector is much slow and please just use it to edit settings and update the firmware. If you want to place the large files such as ROMs, please use the card reader which is  fastter.

The third change is that there is not need to use DiskWriter utility and templates writing games. As the filesystem was switched to standard FAT32. What you need to do is copy the ROMs to your MicroSD card. And the maximum filesize supported by FAT32 is 4GB, and the few games which is larger than 4GB can be easily trimmed and applied with sky3ds+.

The last change is the most powerful one- the Sky3DS+ now uses a rewritable firmware chip which means sky3ds team can circumvent any new Anti-Piracy measures in the futures  from Nintendo.
